I. Product Introduction:
The FGP4X composite high-speed air vent is suitable for installation at the water outlet of water pumps or in water distribution pipelines. It is used to eliminate large volumes of air accumulated in the pipelines, and at the same time, discharge trace amounts of air accumulated at higher points of the pipelines into the atmosphere, so as to improve the operating efficiency of the pipelines and water pumps. Moreover, once negative pressure is generated in the pipeline, this valve can quickly inhale external air to prevent the pipeline from bursting due to negative pressure. When water starts to fill the water pipeline, the piston or float stays in the open position to perform large-scale air exhaust. When the air is exhausted, the valve is filled with water, the float rises, and the piston or float moves to the closed position, stopping large-scale air exhaust. When water is normally transported in the pipeline, if a small amount of air accumulates in the valve to a considerable extent, the water level in the valve drops, and the float drops accordingly. At this time, the small amount of air is discharged through the micro air vent valve. When the water pump stops, the water in the pipeline is drained, or when negative pressure is generated in the pipeline, the piston opens quickly to inhale air, ensuring the safety of the pipeline.
